lThe Supreme Court on Tuesday, dismissed the suit filed by Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, challenging the jurisdiction of the Rivers governorship election petition tribunal to hear a petition by candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dakuku Peterside.
